Beautiful setting and great pools provide fun for kids , while the staff is friendly and eager to help. Plus, the air conditioning works well in the rooms.

The hotel desperately needs updates , as it appears dated. Moreover, the dining options are overpriced and inconsistent, leaving room for improvement.

The ocean view from our room was nothing short of breathtaking, with our very own jacuzzi on the balcony to soak in the beauty. The sprawling grounds were lush and peaceful, perfect for leisurely strolls or just lounging by the pool with a cocktail in hand.

during my stay, I loved how the hotel was just a short walk from Karon Park, which was perfect for relaxing strolls, and the nearby Karon Night Market offered a vibrant atmosphere filled with delicious local food options that made my evenings truly enjoyable.

The beach is beautiful, just steps away. We stayed in a lovely room with a balcony, minibar, and the best rain shower. Enjoyed the pools, especially the lazy river and water slides. Sunset views from the room were stunning. The staff at the fitness center were super nice, and we loved the outdoor pool too!

A fabulous stay with stunning seaside views from our third-floor room! Loved the lovely pools, especially the adult one with a great bar—the bartenders were delightful. Such a perfect spot for relaxation.

But who knew the hot water could play hide and seek? Took a while to shower, and it wasn’t exactly spa treatment vibes!

Staying in a Deluxe Pool Suite, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff truly stood out—every request was met with a smile. The buffet breakfast offered a vast selection, including delicious smoked meat, making every morning enjoyable. While the room was not what I initially expected, the quick resolution from the team was impressive. However, the European hot selection at breakfast did lack variety, and the layout of the resort, while beautiful, could be a bit confusing to navigate. Overall, a wonderful spot for families.

The resort has a stunning swimming pool and beautiful white sandy beach. We enjoyed our room with amazing ocean views. A special highlight was the lazy river, which kept us entertained all day! We also loved the well-stocked mini bar in our room.

The Spa Deluxe Sea View room was stunning with perfect ocean views. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The air conditioning struggled a bit at first, but the staff quickly moved us to a different room with better cooling. Really enjoyed our private pool area and the space was super relaxing overall.

It was just a prime choice for a mini-vacation in Karon with all in all brilliant value for money. The kids loved the water slides and pool games with the staff. For drinks, try the happy hour to save some bucks.

centara grand was a great stay! the spa deluxe sea view room was stunning with perfect ocean views. the amenities were top-notch, especially the pool area which never felt crowded. the staff truly made our experience exceptional, especially 'o' at the bar, his friendly service made every day better.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay immensely with stunning sea views from our room. The beach was perfect for the kids, and the friendly staff made our experience even better. However, we suggest enhancing air conditioning in the breakfast area. Hand sanitizers at the food stations would also be a great improvement.
